Technician Pulled Spark plug on Cylinders #1, and #3, finding Heavy Soot/Ash Buildup on cylinder #3 spark plug with evidence of Melting Electrode. Current installed plugs are aftermarket. Technician using Boroscope was able to See inside of cylinder #3, finding Oil Present, as well as Heavy Carbon, Oil Buildup on Intake/Exhaust valves.
