- Technician Verified with Vehicle in the running position, and A/C Settings set to Max A/C that Center vents were Blowing Hot at 101.4F. Technician Hooked Vehicle up to Refrigerant Machine finding no Pressures Present from High or Low Side Lines. Technician Pulled Vacuum on system and charged to Spec (0.50KG), finding after service Center Vent Temps were now reading at 37F. (Ambient Temp – 72.5F.) Technician Removed upper Core support coverings and lower Splash shields Using UV Light to inspect for leaks, as well as a Refrigerant leak detector finding no Current leaks from Compressor, Fittings, hoses, or expansion valve. Technician Operated A/C System on Max A/C while Using refrigerant detector on Drain finding no Measurable amounts of refrigerant present. Technician used Soapy water on Both Low side and High Side Refrigerant ports finding no Current leaks. Technician Added UV Dye into system, recommending Customer to return at a Later date if A/C system starts Blowing warm again for Inspection of A/C System to determine source of leak if any.
